We guarantee all of our installations against manufacturers defects and or problems with our workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. Your satisfaction is our main goal, we are not the biggest but we constantly strive to be the best. We are large enough to serve you but small enough to care about each and every installation!

In addition we offer a 12 month limited warranty, with the following terms, against windshield breakage. If your windshield breaks for any reason within 12 months from the date of your receipt, we offer the following options;

If the windshield can be repaired we will perform a windshield repair in shop at                     no charge.

If the windshield requires replacement and you have it replaced at our shop you                   will not be charged for labor and will only be charged for parts and materials.

                        Note: the discount off the list price for the glass will be the same as your                 original discount, barring a Nags pricing change.  In most cases the glass                               will be the same cost as the original. Any changes in the list price will be                                explained before the installation.

Certain parts and or services can not be warranted because they are wear items and can break or malfunction naturally over time due to age and use.

We can not warrant electrical or mechanical parts, including but not limited to, Door glass regulators, Power window motors, wiper linkage and or motors. We can not guarantee dry rotting of rubber gaskets and or moldings which occur from sun exposure and age. In cases where rust was present, depending on the severity, we may not be able to offer a warranty. If any other pre existing condition could effect your warranty we will make you aware of such circumstances at the time of the installation and explain the situation to your satisfaction. PGI does not offer any type of warranty when we do not supply the parts.
